Our specialties include issues of anxiety, depression, relationship problems, as well as the counseling of people from all phase of life. Most therapy protocols recommend weekly psychotherapy to ensure clinical outcomes and current research supports this recommendation. That said, we know how busy life can get and will do our best to tailor protocols to your availability through the use of telemedicine and creative self-study assignments between sessions.
