I am a holistic therapist providing a nurturing and open environment where you can begin your journey towards mind, body, and spirit wholeness. I specialize with children, adolescents, and adults and strive towards building a therapeutic relationship through unconditional positive regard while integrating a cognitive behavioral psychodynamic approach. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have several years of professional experience working with the following populations: Adults, Children, Adolescents, LGBTQIA+, Chronically Mental Ill, Geriatrics, Foster Care and Incarcerated Individuals. I specialize using the following approaches: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered, Reality Therapy, and Integrative. I have experience working with families and couples. Its an honor to now, be growing and expanding my practice into local communities helping those seeking mental health resources.
