My sweet spot is children and teens; however, I am open to serve all people. My name is Michelle Coley, LPC and I would love to connect with you to provide services from individual to family sessions. I understand it can me challenging cycling through providers and feeling discouraged trying to find the right fit. I am here to provide a safe space to help manage emotions and build healthy relationships dynamics. Having a healthy, strong physical body is shoved down our throats while forgetting; many physical illnesses start in the mind. I truly believe a quiet mind and managed emotions go a long way.

My experience ranges from inpatient hospitalization to intensive outpatient community clinics. There are stigmas around healthcare, and I am here to be the therapist, mentor, coach I wish I had growing up. I cannot guarantee results, but I can provide you with a space that is non-judgmental and supportive as you go through life challenges.

Let’s take this journey together while helping you navigate emotions, setting boundaries, developing healthy coping skills, and doing this thing called life together.
